How do I use evid?

No rocket scientist needed! Using evid.africa is simple! 

Step 1. Subscribe for the best suitable package.

Step 2. Use your email application of choice.

Step 3. For each recipient’s email address, append evid.africa at the end.

             e.g. if the recipient is drax@guardians.galaxy, the new email address would be drax@guardians.galaxy.evid.africa

Step 4. Enter email content, and send!

evid.africa will take care of the rest!

How do i know when my emails are delivered?

So, you’re wondering about the status of your email? No worries, we’ve got you covered! Once we receive the notification from the recipient’s servers, we’ll compile the report and automatically forward it to your originating email address. Just hang tight, there might be some delays due to conditions outside our control. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know as soon as we receive the delivery information! 

Can i view download my delivery reports?

Absolutely! 

Login to your account, and browse to the delivery reports. Select the report, and download to PDF. Just a heads up, we only keep these records for up to three months.

Pixel tracking

Wanna know about our email tracking features? Shhhhh! We bake pixel tracking into every email we send, so you can keep track of when your recipients open and read your emails. And the best part? There’s no extra fee for this service, it’s all included! 

When we send your email, we embed a pixel in the email that helps us track when the recipient opens and reads it. And to be transparent, we include a disclaimer in the email to let the recipient know that we’re tracking their activity. 

So, what does this mean for you? Well, you’ll be able to see when your emails are being opened and read! And if you’re worried about privacy, don’t be! We only track the opens and reads, and we don’t store any personal information. 

Is pixel tracking guaranteed?

Sadly, it’s not always a sure thing. While we do our best to track those pixels and provide you with accurate data, there are some factors that can affect the tracking, like:

Email clients: Different email clients can interpret pixels differently, which can lead to inconsistencies in tracking.
Mobile devices: Pixel tracking can be more challenging on mobile devices, as some devices may not support pixels or may have privacy settings that block them.
Browser extensions: Some browser extensions can block pixels, so if your recipients use these extensions, it may affect the tracking.

So, while pixel tracking isn’t guaranteed, we do our best to make sure it’s as accurate as possible.
